How Career Discovery Coaching works

Career discovery starts before our first meeting. What you learn about yourself becomes the foundation for everything we talk about.

Step 1: Prework

You'll complete guided exercises that help you reflect on what energizes you, what you're good at, and what matters most to you.

Step 2: 90-minute discovery session

We'll dig into your insights, experiences, and goals to spot patterns and uncover possibilities you may not have considered.

Step 3: 60-minute action plan session

We'll narrow your options to the most promising paths, identify your next steps, and put a go-forward plan in place.

Hi, I'm Betsy.

I'm an NCDA-certified career coach, and I believe the best career decisions don't start with job titles. They start with knowing yourself. You don't need to have your whole future figured out, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
